Our fees are fair and competitive. Fees will vary with the type of services provided, but generally our rates are $110 per clinical hour (45-50 minutes).
Full payment is due at the time of service, unless you have insurance coverage and we are a participating member to your insurance plan.
Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. Please make checks payable to Compass or Compass Professional Services LLC.
Compass Professional Services LLC provides a billing service. Billing questions should be directed to our office manager, Kelly Dziak, at (406) 782-4778 or (406) 565-0168.
24 hour cancellation of all appointments is required, or you will be billed the full fee for the session, which will be billed directly to you. Exceptions to this policy may be made in matters of illness or at the discretion of the staff member. To cancel your appointment, call (406) 782-4778. If the office is not open when you call, please leave a voice mail message for the staff member regarding your cancellation. The date and time of your call will automatically be recorded by the voice mail system. Please do not cancel your appointment via e-mail.
